Monthly Service Fee

The service is charged monthly based on the amount of source data that is being backed up. Scripts can be configured to only backup certain portions of your storage, but please be aware that if disaster does strike, we’ll obviously be unable to restore those areas not included.

Set-up

There is a charge for setting up the service. In addition to setting up your account on our servers, we’ll also visit your site to set-up your backups and train your staff in how to retrieve their files. The set-up fee depends on your distance from our base in Birmingham.

Disaster

In the event of a disaster, if you would like an engineer to visit your site, this is priced at a flat £500 per day plus reasonable travel expenses. The engineer will attend site as quickly as possible and will stay for as long as it takes to get you back up and running. We guarantee to attend within 8 hours if your site is within 4 hours travelling time of Birmingham.

If you would prefer we can send you a copy of your data on an external hard disk. The cost of this is £250, the drive on which we supply the data is yours to keep.
